NOTES:

Most of the historical events referenced in this song are probably pretty obvious,
with the possible exception of "United Fruit".
Further information can be found in the notes to the song "United Fruit".

This is a cool blues finger picking style.
I hope I've got the timing about right,
but the only way you'll really pick it up is by listening to the record.

I've only tabbed out the intro because it's the only bit I can play accurately,
but I've included the chords for the verses,
and you just play them in the same sort of style.
There are only really three different chords:
Am, F, E, and some twiddly bits on top of those.

The toughest thing about learning this song
is in making it sound fluid all the way through,
but once mastered, it is a great addition to one's repertoire.
A smooth transition from end of refrain back to intro takes a bit of work too
but it's more a matter of timing than difficult fingerings, etc.
If anyone has corrections, additions, or comment, by all means let me know.

Here's a pretty little ditty from the True North album "Nightvision".
FOR YOUR INFORMATION
"The Blues got the World..." (by The Balls) on the same album is also in open C (capo V).
Maybe I'll get energetic and tab it too.   Maybe not.

Thanks to keithr5165@aol.com for getting me started with the first section
and (more importantly) finding the right tuning.
